Business Integration Consultant

KAL Operations is hiring a Business Integration Consultant to help small business owners identify operational pain points, document what is breaking in their workflows, and connect qualified businesses with practical process-improvement, SOP, and systems implementation support. This role is designed for someone who communicates professionally, asks strong discovery questions, follows up consistently, and can translate messy business problems into clean intake notes for the operations team.

What you will do

• Prospect and identify owner-led businesses that may need workflow cleanup, SOPs, admin handoff support, client intake improvements, tracking systems, or simple automation.
• Start consultative conversations without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Capture pain points, current tools, decision makers, urgency, budget signals, and desired outcomes.
• Submit complete client intake and business review notes through the KAL Operations process.
• Coordinate follow-up steps with the owner or assigned manager.
• Maintain professional communication records.
• Learn KAL Operations service packages, qualification standards, and handoff expectations.
• Represent the company in a polished, service-first manner.

Preferred background

• Business, operations, customer service, administrative, sales, recruiting, consulting, project coordination, process improvement, or small business experience.
• Strong written communication and reliable follow-up habits.
• Comfort using email, web forms, spreadsheets, calendars, shared documents, and CRM-style trackers.
• Ability to ask clear questions and document answers accurately.
• Professional judgment when speaking with business owners.
• Interest in operations, AI-assisted workflow improvement, SOPs, and practical business systems.
• A degree is not required. Prior consulting experience is helpful but not required if you can learn the process and communicate professionally.

Compensation

Estimated commission range: $48,000-$60,000 annualized, performance-based. This range is an estimate based on expected commission opportunity and approved production, not a guaranteed salary or draw. Commission details, eligibility, timing, chargebacks, and final payment rules are reviewed during selection and onboarding and controlled by the written commission plan.
