The Associate Solutions Consultant will play an important role in supporting sales initiatives and delivering exceptional client experiences within a collaborative, technology-driven environment. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technology, communication, and problem-solving to help businesses find the right solutions. You will work closely with sales, solutions consulting, and service teams to understand client needs and communicate the value of innovative HR and payroll software. The role focuses primarily on existing clients and smaller-scale opportunities, offering hands-on exposure to product demonstrations, client engagement, and sales enablement. You will also contribute to webinars, presentations, and cross-functional projects while developing your product knowledge and consulting skills. Accountabilities

• Engage with clients and prospects through compelling solution presentations, clearly communicating product capabilities and value while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Support webinars, virtual presentations, and other client-facing events to strengthen engagement and showcase relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced Solutions Consultants to prepare for product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
• Develop and maintain a foundational understanding of the product portfolio, including key features, functionality, and business benefits.
• Identify client challenges, share insights, and contribute ideas for solutions that address business needs.
• Assist the enablement team with ad hoc assignments, operational activities, and cross-functional initiatives that support team effectiveness and project delivery.
• Work closely with sales, solutions consulting, and service teams to coordinate activities, improve collaboration, and enhance the overall client journey.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to gain exposure to brand messaging, marketing strategies, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Participate in internal training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities to strengthen product knowledge, industry awareness, and consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Two to five years of experience in a client-facing, customer service, sales support, or operational role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A genuine interest in technology, software solutions, client engagement, and consultative selling.
• The ability to understand customer needs, identify challenges, and contribute practical, solution-oriented ideas.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• A willingness to learn new products, develop presentation skills, and grow toward a full Solutions Consultant position.
• Comfort using computers, phone systems, and multiple software applications simultaneously.
• The ability to work remotely from a location within the United States and maintain availability during designated working hours five days per week.
• The ability to remain seated and work at a computer or workstation for extended periods, typically seven to eight hours per day, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
