About the Role

We are expanding our production team with an Associate Producer focused specifically on the influencer and creator side of our campaigns. This role exists because our creator and UGC pipeline has grown faster than our capacity to run it well. Sourcing the right creators, briefing them clearly, keeping them on schedule, and managing the relationships that produce our best-performing ad creative has become a full-time discipline of its own. You will be the operational engine behind our creator programs — working alongside our Creative Strategists and Producers to turn creative concepts into finished, on-brief content. This is a hands-on execution and coordination role, ideal for someone who has already run high-volume creator and influencer programs and wants to do that work at a fast-moving, trend-first agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator & Influencer Sourcing and Vetting: Source, vet, and build pipelines of UGC creators and influencers aligned to each client's brand, category, and content style. Evaluate creators for content quality, on-camera presence, brief compliance, and reliability — not just follower count. Maintain an organized, searchable roster of vetted creators across verticals.
• Outreach, Contracting & Relationship Management: Manage creator and influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing communication. Coordinate contracts, product seeding, deliverables, timelines, and payments. Build long-term relationships that keep top creators returning for repeat campaigns.
• Briefing & Content Coordination: Translate creative concepts and strategy into clear, detailed briefs for creators and production teams. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and campaign objectives. Track deliverables, collect assets, review against brief, and give creators clear, constructive feedback.
• Campaign Support & Reporting: Support Creative Strategists and Producers across concurrent client campaigns, keeping each creator workflow on schedule. Organize content libraries and campaign assets for clean handoff to paid media and editing teams. Track creator and campaign performance and prepare simple reports to inform future casting and creative decisions.
• Trend & Platform Monitoring: Stay current on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging-platform trends, formats, and creator behaviors. Surface relevant trends, creators, and content ideas to strategists and clients.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator/UGC management, or social content production — ideally at an agency or in a high-volume brand environment.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, briefing, and managing creators or influencers at volume (dozens to hundreds).
• Strong written and verbal English (C1 or above); comfortable communicating directly with U.S. teams and creators.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven; able to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once without dropping details.
• Native fluency with TikTok and Instagram as both a user and a marketer.
• Able to work with meaningful overlap to U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience, especially in performance/UGC or paid-social creative.
• Familiarity with creator/influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, or similar) and project management tools (Monday.com, HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp).
• Exposure to TikTok Shop, affiliate, or e-commerce/DTC creator programs.
• Basic content editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite) for light asset review.
• Spanish or Portuguese for sourcing and managing LATAM-based creators.
