The Associate Director, HCP Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing strategy to drive disease awareness, brand adoption, and appropriate product utilization. This role serves as the primary owner of all HCP-facing promotional activities and collaborates closely with agency partners, commercial operations, sales, medical affairs, legal, regulatory, market access, and field teams to execute integrated omnichannel campaigns. The position is accountable for translating brand strategy into compelling HCP experiences across paid, owned, and earned channels, while also supporting non-personal promotion (NPP), digital engagement, media planning, and optimization efforts to maximize customer impact and business performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH, PhD, or equivalent) preferred. 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience. Experience developing and executing HCP-focused marketing, promotional, and engagement strategies. Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, rare disease, ophthalmology, oncology, immunology, or other specialty therapeutic areas is preferred. Experience managing agencies, cross-functional teams, and marketing budgets. Product launch and lifecycle management experience preferred. Experience in specialty, rare disease, ophthalmology, oncology, immunology. Strong understanding of FDA promotional regulations and industry compliance standards. Excellent project management, organizational, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment; able to work effectively with ambiguity and incomplete information. Ability to travel up to 25%.

Pay Range: $186,000 to $210,000 USD (Salary offered will depend on candidate location, market rate adjustments, skills, and relevant experience). Belite Bio provides a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary, annual incentive bonuses, equity participation, and a full benefit package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off).
