Job Description:

As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI and machine learning solutions that drive business value and innovation. This role involves building AI models, analyzing complex datasets, supporting AI applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning models and solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and address AI-related challenges.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AI applications and models.
• Improve model performance through continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization.
• Develop and support NLP and computer vision solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows that support AI initiatives.
• Document technical designs, findings, and implementation results.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services, Azure Synapse, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
