Architectural project manager – multifamily residential

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of multifamily residential projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed architect (or on track for licensure) with proven U.S. multifamily residential, project experience, advanced Revit proficiency, and strong project management capabilities. This role combines leadership, design oversight, and technical execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multifamily residential projects, from design through construction administration.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality control.
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop, review, and manage detailed construction documents in Revit.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and staffing needs to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit is required.
• Experience with US Projects
