Apriso Developer – Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations (Bethesda, MD)

About the Role

Join Lockheed Martin’s Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) team as an Apriso Developer and play a critical role in advancing digital manufacturing across the enterprise. As a Subject Matter Expert, you’ll architect, build, and optimize DELMIA Apriso solutions in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. This position offers exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects with opportunities to mentor others and shape best practices in a Fortune 100 aerospace leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, customization, and implementation of DELMIA Apriso solutions to address specific business needs
• Configure workflows, forms, and reports to optimize manufacturing processes
• Integrate Apriso with ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug Apriso applications for reliability and accuracy
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and skill development
• Identify process improvements and help establish best practices for MES development

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) with 9+ years of professional experience; or 7+ years with a related Master’s
• Minimum 4 years hands-on DELMIA Apriso development (design, deploy, support)
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python for solution development
• Solid understanding of database management (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing MES solutions in large, multi-site manufacturing settings
• Aerospace & Defense industry exposure
• Dassault Systèmes Apriso Associate Certification
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, PLM systems integration
• Skills in database architecture, stored procedures, and advanced SQL
• Experience with APIs, HTTP, web services
• Working knowledge of AWS tools, Ansible Tower, and GitLab
