Job Description

Same as provided in the request – Work closely with internal clients, business analysts and team members on small to medium, complex ticket support to analyze and design quality technical solutions that align with business and IT strategies and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. Provide support in the full systems life cycle for multiple applications to ensure application software is functioning as required by design requirements & decommissioned when no longer needed.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Three (3) years of professional software development support required. Experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies required. On-call rotations including after-hours & weekend support will be required for this role.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

• Troubleshooting complex software solutions deployed across distributed environments
• Working with technical and non-technical staff to identify root cause & resolution on break-fix issues
• Software development or support in a professional capacity

Required Skills/Experience

• Software analysis and design
• Unit and integration testing
• Documenting solutions and providing technical and non-technical descriptions depending on the audience
• Java or similar systems-oriented development (batch jobs, web apps, web services, etc)

• Facets, healthcare management systems (claims, providers, membership, billing, etc)
• Relational SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc)
• JBoss EAP management and support
• Shell scripting (bash, ksh)

Education/Certifications
