What you will be doing:

As a member of the Sport Fish Research and Technical Services Programming group, you will serve as a lead, co lead, or contributing programmer on a variety of Sport Fish data collection and data management projects. You will be fully or partially responsible for all phases of the software development life cycle, working with a diverse set of applications and datasets built with technologies such as Angular, ColdFusion, Java, C# .NET, SQL, TypeScript, and advanced JavaScript. Your work will primarily involve developing, implementing, and maintaining web based applications and services, and related datasets, that range from complex multi layer systems to simple single user data collection tools. You will regularly encounter unique technical challenges that require creative problem solving and innovative thinking. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic group of staff and contractors with varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Designing and developing RESTful or other web services
