As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient accounts payable support. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on AP expertise, helping your team manage invoice workflows, vendor relationships, reconciliations, and day-to-day priorities while ensuring payments and postings are completed accurately and on time.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AP professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, improving processes, and creating a strong customer experience for internal teams and vendors.

Target Hiring Range: $50,000–65,000

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals.
• Oversee daily AP workflows, assigned stores, queues, and team priorities.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within established timelines.
• Support invoice processing, check runs, statement balancing, and reconciliation activities.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment allocation issues, credits, and vendor account disputes.
• Ensure timely expense allocation and vendor payments.
• Monitor critical invoices and escalations to help prevent service interruptions.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, stores, and internal business partners.
• Help the team prioritize workloads and respond effectively to changing business needs.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service.
• Support department initiatives, projects, and other AP functions as needed

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred, with a strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor statements, reconciliations, and payment workflows.
• Up to 2 years of previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, support, and hold a team accountable.
• Ability to adapt quickly as priorities, workloads, and business needs change.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $50,000–$75,000, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
