What You Will Do

You will own Amazon's organic growth engine at Pet Honesty, from keyword strategy to on-page optimization to the data that shows what is driving, or blocking, conversion. Using Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics, you will diagnose where the funnel is breaking down, turn that into clear content and creative direction, and lead day-to-day optimization across the brand's top product lines, while managing a direct report who handles the rest of the catalog.

Responsibilities:

• Own Amazon SEO strategy, keyword research, and organic ranking improvement across the brand's top-tier product listings
• Use Search Query Performance (SQP) and Brand Analytics to diagnose funnel drop-offs and uncover growth opportunities
• Direct optimization of product detail pages, including titles, bullets, A+ content, images, and video
• Partner with Paid Media, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to align organic strategy with broader growth initiatives
• Manage and guide a direct report responsible for optimization across the remaining product tiers

Who You Are

You’re a hands-on Amazon expert who thinks in data. You can look at a SQP report and immediately spot where content, pricing, or visibility is holding a listing back. You’ve built organic strategy on the Amazon marketplace for years, ideally inside a high-growth CPG or consumer brand, and are just as comfortable directing creative improvements as you are analyzing the numbers behind them. You bring structure to managing others and stay motivated by drawing a clear line between the changes you make and the results that follow.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with proven success improving organic rankings, conversion rates, and revenue through content optimization
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Search Query Performance (SQP) and Amazon Brand Analytics
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable content and merchandising direction
• Previous experience leading or managing a direct report (preferred)
• Background in CPG, supplements, health and wellness, or consumer products, ideally on a $25M+ Amazon business (preferred)
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC, retail media, or omnichannel ecommerce is a plus, though not required
