Amazon Connect Engineer (Staff) Remote (USA) Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $80 - 90/hr

AWS certification — Solutions Architect Associate or higher.

Prior delivery experience in AWS GovCloud or another federal or public sector cloud environment, including familiarity with FedRAMP or comparable compliance constraints.

Experience migrating a legacy or competing contact center platform to Amazon Connect, including flow translation and phased cutover.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens, Connect Cases, Customer Profiles, or Connect Tasks.

Experience promoting changes through CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.

Additional development experience in Node.js, JavaScript, or Java.

Experience with contact center reporting, analytics, and data models for custom operational reporting.

Prior professional services, consulting, or systems integrator experience working to billable delivery expectations.
