🚀 AI-Powered Video Ad Editor

We’re looking for a video editor who already lives in AI video tools — not someone who is just starting to experiment with them.

We produce a high volume of paid social ads, and we have one big problem:

Our ads are starting to look too similar.

We need someone who can take scripts, source footage and AI-generated assets and turn them into realistic, publish-ready ads that look genuinely different from one another.

What you'll create

• 🎥 Talking-head / avatar ads
• 🎥 UGC-style creatives
• 🎥 B-roll-driven ads
• 🎥 Motion graphics
• 🎥 Live-action + AI hybrids

The goal isn't to make one great-looking format.

The goal is to have 5, 10, 20 different ways to tell the same story.

What you need

• 2+ years editing video ads
• 1+ year working hands-on with AI video generation
• Strong portfolio with 3–5+ clearly different formats
• Ability to make AI video look real, not obviously AI-generated
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, captions and paid social
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
• 4+ hours/day overlap with US Eastern Time
• Available within 2 weeks

Tools

Experience with Higgsfield, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, ElevenLabs, Midjourney or similar tools.

We especially want someone who uses multiple AI platforms and understands their strengths and weaknesses — not someone who relies on one tool's default style.
