About the Role:

Grenier Construction And Son LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our growing team in North Kingstown, RI. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand presence and supporting the marketing efforts of a trusted construction company. Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day marketing operations including scheduling, content coordination, and campaign tracking
• Manage and update company website, social media profiles, and online listings
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as newsletters, and promotional content
• Coordinate with vendors
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and analytics
• Assist with lead generation efforts and maintain CRM database records
• Support community outreach, sponsorships, and local advertising initiatives
• Assume point of contact and communicate with clients summarizing information to be relayed to other employees
• Invoicing, ordering: clients and materials

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or communications role
• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is a bonus but not required
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
