The Administrator - Financial Services Collections Support (Developmental Assignment) manages collection agency correspondence, investigations, dispute management, file accuracy, compliance, and collection invoices for all lines of business and partners closely with the third-party agencies, the internal legal team, and GRA, when appropriate. This position collaborates regularly with the internal legal team and GRA to ensure processes comply with regulatory and legal rules and for customer dispute investigations and resolutions. This position manages bankruptcies and suit authorizations, provides claim validations\proof of claims, and represents TDS in court where applicable. This position stays abreast of industry standards and requirements that impact TDS collections processes, ensures process efficiencies and improvements, and participates in PAC projects and testing when pertaining to TDS Collection processes and systems. This is currently anticipated to be a developmental assignment until January of 2027, with the potential opportunity to extend beyond this time frame, pending business need. This means that there are incumbents on the existing team that currently meet the specified job qualifications. This also means that the team may not add additional headcount at this time. Note: During a developmental assignment, an individual’s base pay will remain the same; however, individuals will remain eligible for merit and bonus programs.
