We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Representative in our Payment Posting (Refunds) team! In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring patient accounts are accurate by reviewing billing activity, resolving payment discrepancies, processing refunds, and working with insurance companies and patients to address account concerns.
