Nick DeMaio State Farm is a high-performing, two-location agency serving customers from our Perkasie and Richboro, PA offices. We're seeking a competitive, results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in a fully remote Account Manager position.

This is a highly sales-dominant role designed for an experienced State Farm producer who thrives on generating new business, converting leads, overcoming objections, and consistently closing sales.

We're looking for someone who knows State Farm products and systems, has a proven production history, and wants to maximize earning potential through performance.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants must meet all licensing, experience, and production requirements.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet ALL of the following:

• Minimum one year of State Farm agency experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Active Life & Health licenses.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding insurance sales goals.
• Ability to provide documented proof of previous sales production.
• Positive professional reference from a former State Farm agent.
• Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, cross-sell, overcome objections, and close business.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong production in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Convert prospective customers into new policyholders through needs-based sales conversations.
• Build and actively manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections, communicate value, and ask for the sale.
• Actively pursue Life insurance sales and multiline opportunities.
• Generate referrals and expand the agency's customer base.
• Track daily sales activity, applications, and production results.
• Consistently meet or exceed established monthly production goals.
• Provide professional customer follow-up while maintaining a strong sales focus.
