As a sales closer, you'll consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can share their story, elevate their brand, and become a high-impact marketing asset in a powerful medium most haven't even considered.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

You will start by making outbound calls using leads provided by the company. You will earn access to booked inbound calls based on your sales performance. After getting booked calls, outbound calling will still be part of the role. 2-year track record with full calendars. Over 300 booked calls a day across 25–30 reps. Top reps earning $20k–$30k/month. EXPECTED EARNINGS (NO B.S.)

Commission only — 10% of revenue collected Low end: $5k–$6k/month. Mid range: $10k–$20k/month. Top performers: $20k–$30k/month Most reps work 5–8 hours a day Top reps also build a recurring book of business — some earn $10k–$15k/month from their book alone after about a year We invest heavily in training, but not everyone makes it — roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days. The ones who make it past 30 days do well.
