#438 integration engineer

We're looking for an Integration Engineer to own how our platform connects to client CRMs. You'll design integrations, write the specs our development partners build from, run the technical side of client onboarding calls, and keep live integrations running smoothly. You won't write most of the code yourself, but you'll need to be able to read it and fix it. You'll report to our Technical Product Manager and become the second person who knows our integration stack end to end — with a clear path to owning integration design decisions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in integration engineering, solutions engineering or technical implementation, ideally at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth and webhooks — you've connected systems that weren't designed to talk to each other.
• Comfortable reading and fixing code (JavaScript or a similar scripting language) and writing SQL queries.
• You write specs that developers can build from without needing a meeting.
• Confident on calls with non-technical business owners and their CRM admins; you explain technical things plainly.
• You document as you go and like leaving systems cleaner than you found them.
• Able to work full-time during US Eastern business hours (with availability until approximately 5 PM EST)
• Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Experience with home-services CRMs (MarketSharp, LeadPerfection, Builder Prime, ServiceTitan, improveit360, Salesforce) or with Keap and HubSpot.
• Experience with CRM partner or app-marketplace programs.
• Familiarity with PHP, Google Apps Script, Zapier or Jira.
• Experience directing outsourced or offshore developers.
• Background in home improvement, marketing technology or customer-data work.
