Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient delivery of IT services and support.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s accounting business goals.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting and other departments to identify technology needs and solutions.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and assess their applicability to the company’s operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement of IT hardware and software.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications preferred. Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the accounting or finance industry. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with accounting software systems and their integration with IT platforms. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams. Experience in developing IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Ability to stay current with technological advancements and apply them strategically.
