About the Role

We're looking for a Final Cut Pro expert with real estate experience to be the creative engine behind our client's visual content. You'll turn raw property footage into scroll-stopping listing tours, agent reels, and property highlights, with sharp hooks, strong pacing, and clean cuts that match a premium real estate brand.

You'll handle video editing and content curation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, making sure every piece reflects the client's high-end look, feel, and goals.

You'll work closely with our creative team and a dedicated coach to run impactful campaigns, polish brand messaging, and bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit listing tours, agent reels, and property highlight videos in Final Cut Pro for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that connect with audiences and drive engagement
• Curate and adapt content to fit brand identity and platform best practices
• Design landing pages and support campaigns using GoHighLevel
• Collaborate with teammates to produce multimedia content that reinforces brand identity
• Stay up to date with the latest video and design trends
• Support social media content creation and scheduling (a plus)
• Curate and optimize content for SEO and digital performance (a plus)
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities (a plus)

STRICT REQUIREMENTS: Professional Editing Tools Only

🎬 Video Editing Tool:

• Final Cut Pro (expert level required)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus

🎨 Graphics Tools:

• Preferably Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Canva or other professional tools are also accepted

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Final Cut Pro
• Proven experience editing real estate videos (listing tours, agent reels, property highlights)
• At least 1 year of experience in video editing
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual engagement
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn advanced features (automations, landing pages)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization (a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to working in U.S. and Canadian time zones
• Experience in social media management is a plus

Technical Requirements

💻 Hardware:

• Mac computer capable of running the latest Final Cut Pro smoothly (Apple Silicon M1 or newer preferred)
• Minimum 16 GB RAM for smooth editing performance

🌐 Internet Connection:

• Stable, high-speed internet (at least 100 Mbps) for uploading, collaboration, and online workflows
