This center will serve as the operational engine driving our cross-functional capabilities, ensuring seamless support for our onshore teams and governing boards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to build, scale, and lead our multi-disciplinary offshore operational team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the essential bridge between the onshore leadership/boards and the offshore execution teams. Leveraging your background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/education sector, project management, and business analysis, you will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of cross-functional projects across Legal, Finance & Accounting, HR & Talent Acquisition, IT, and Operations.

You will take end-to-end accountability for building team capacity, standardizing workflows, and driving delivery on critical cross-departmental projects.

Key Strategic Responsibilities

1. System Structuring, Automation & ERP Migration (System Pillar)
   • System Architecture & Digital Transformation: Drive the overarching enterprise system architecture and technical infrastructure. Ensure centralized platform connectivity and robust data integrity across all offshore and onshore departments.
   • ERP Migration & Management: Direct multi-phase ERP migrations (specifically within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Books) from legacy systems to a single-source-of-truth general ledger and financial workflow.
   • Workflow Automation: Architect and implement technical workflow automations across HR pipelines, automated tuition billing and collections, and legal document generation to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
   • Automated Dashboarding: Build and maintain scalable, automated reporting structures to provide real-time visibility into the School Operating System (SOS) maturity dashboards, financial health, and compliance timelines.
2. Process Optimization & Business Analysis (Process Pillar)
   • Process Engineering: Serve as the primary Business Analyst responsible for architecting and refining core organizational workflows. Map current-state processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
   • Operations Management: Continuously evaluate rules and dynamically update the system to measure operational maturity.
   • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure seamless translation of onshore strategic governance into technical, offshore execution.
3. Offshore Team Leadership & Operations (Operations Pillar)
   • Build & Scale Operations: Structure and manage offshore team members and delivery leads spanning software engineering, IT support, admin, legal, and finance.
   • Delivery & Accountability: Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables from the offshore team, utilizing best practices from the BPO and tech sectors to drive efficiency and SLA compliance.
   • Resource & Operations Management: Direct end-to-end operational execution, utilizing task tracking software and workload balancing to manage enterprise risk and compliance calendars effectively.
4. The Onshore-Offshore Bridge
   • Executive Board Reporting: Synthesize offshore progress, risk registers, and system-generated financial/operational metrics into clear reports for the Onshore Board.
   • Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain daily communication with U.S.-based leaders, facilitating alignment, managing expectations, and executing formal escalation protocols when system or compliance risks are identified.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• BPO & Offshore Leadership: 7+ years of operational management experience, with a strong background in the BPO industry. Must have 3+ years specifically developing, managing, and delivering through cross-functional offshore teams.
• Project Management / Business Analysis: Proven track record as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst interfacing directly with U.S.-based onshore executive boards.
• Domain & System Knowledge: Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams spanning Legal, Finance/Accounting, HR, Admin, Software Engineering etc. Hands-on experience with ERP migrations and automations. Familiarity with institutional governance registers, risk management, and non-profit/educational compliance is highly preferred.
