This role focuses on internal application development for tools, frameworks, and services used to build and distribute products. You will be a primary contributor to our React/Next.js frontend and Go backend, working across both greenfield applications and existing codebases. A key focus of this role is agentic engineering — designing and building AI-driven, autonomous systems and workflows that enhance internal developer productivity and platform capabilities. You'll collaborate with a distributed global team to deliver high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on React/Next.js frontends and Go backends
• Architect and implement agentic systems — including AI agent workflows, autonomous task execution pipelines, and LLM-integrated tooling — to enhance internal platform capabilities
• Develop intuitive, performant, and accessible UI components and user experiences that serve internal engineering teams
• Build and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs in Go to support frontend and service integrations
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to translate requirements into scalable, well-tested software
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD
• Write clean, well-tested, and thoroughly reviewed code in a test-driven development (TDD) environment
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale production environment
• Strong proficiency in Go as a primary backend language
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js for building modern, production-grade frontend applications
• Experience designing or working with agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or LLM-integrated applications
• Solid understanding of software build and CI/CD processes
• Strong database skills, primarily PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployment environments
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of a distributed, global organization
• BS Degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points

• Experience with microservices architecture and SOLID design principles
• Proficiency with additional languages such as Python and query languages like SQL
• Experience with Helm and ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based deployments
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bamboo, or other build automation tools
• Experience with AWX and/or JAMF
• Knowledge of Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization platforms
