CRA II, Late Phase, Home-based, France. Candidates based in or near major metropolitan areas such as Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes or Strasbourg are preferred due to travel requirements.

As a CRA within, Late Phase at ICON, you will play a key role in the delivery of Phase III, Phase IV and observational studies, ensuring clinical trials are conducted in accordance with the protocol, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and ICON SOPs. You will work closely with investigative sites to maintain patient safety, data quality, and study timelines while contributing to the development of innovative therapies.

This role offers exposure to innovative clinical research programmes across multiple therapeutic areas, working alongside experienced study teams and some of the most established research sites in France.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the independent management and monitoring of assigned late phase clinical studies, including:

• Independently monitor Phase III + IV clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Managing clinical studies in France across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology, (solid tumor and hematology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Obesity, Cardiology and Dermatology.
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborating with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements within a CRO or pharmaceutical industry environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
