RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Iberia to lead our Fertility commercial organization across Spain and Portugal. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a passion for developing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and shaping the future of fertility care.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Account Managers, Equipment & Service specialists, and Key Account professionals to achieve ambitious growth objectives across the full CooperSurgical Fertility portfolio.

You will play a critical role in developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving adoption of existing and new products and services, supporting key account initiatives, and building strong relationships with fertility clinics, laboratory leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders across Spain and Portugal.

The position reports directly to the General Manager Iberia and requires regular travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Iberia Sales team to achieve revenue, market share, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
• Create a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development of team members.
• Drive adoption of consultative selling methodologies and ensure effective pipeline management using CRM and business analytics tools.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to accelerate growth across the Fertility portfolio, including consumables, equipment, genetics, and services.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Global Commercial teams to successfully launch new products and services.
• Support key account strategy development and implementation in partnership with EMEA and global stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fertility clinics, laboratory directors, healthcare professionals, corporate groups, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Participate in customer meetings, negotiations, conferences, and industry events to strengthen CooperSurgical's market position.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the fertility industry.
• At least 3 years of successful people leadership and sales management experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage.

The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is 76000 to 109000 Euro Annually. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
