Food & beverage supervisor

We are now accepting applications for the following position: FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations across assigned outlets.
• Lead, coach, and support service team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to luxury service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and departmental administration.
• Support special events, private functions, and VIP experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support management in achieving service, quality, and financial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
• Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or private club environment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury brands and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events.

Salary: USD$10.00 - USD$12.00 per hour + gratuities
