Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist.
  • Team Lead experience.
  • Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
  • Ability to build, document, and improve IT processes, not only execute routine tasks.
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line support with strong technical depth.
  • Accuracy and discipline in managing hardware, inventory, software licenses, and access rights.
  • Understanding of SaaS administration and server-side infrastructure.
  • Ability to identify repetitive tasks and automate or standardize them.
  • Strong ownership mindset: ability to take responsibility for an area and bring it to a predictable, organized state.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for internal users across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Analyze recurring support requests and turn them into documented processes, checklists, automations, or self-service solutions.
  • Build and maintain clear IT operations documentation, including runbooks, onboarding/offboarding flows, access management rules, hardware lifecycle processes, and incident response steps.
  • Manage hardware inventory, procurement, device preparation, software licenses, and equipment handover/return processes.
  • Administer Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and other internal SaaS tools.
  • Perform basic administration of Atlassian tools, including Confluence, and related workflows.
  • Help reduce manual routine in the IT department by improving workflows, introducing automation, and organizing recurring tasks into clear systems.

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing or improving IT support processes in a growing company.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Experience configuring and operating MDM systems such as Mosyle, Kandji, Intune, or similar.
  • Experience with Automation, Slack API integrations, or internal workflow automation.
  • Experience with asset management systems, service desk tools, or access management processes.
  • Ability to create practical documentation that other team members can actually use.

What we offer:

  • Work Format — Choose where and how you work — from home, the office, or anywhere in the world
  • Atmosphere & Development — Gifts, raffles, training, team-building events, and corporate parties — it’s never boring with us! — Internal training, mentoring, and access to courses — Career growth without bureaucracy
  • Vacation & Sick Leave
  • Annual paid leave: 20 working days + 5 additional days off
  • Paid sick leave: 15 days per year
  • Professional support: access to psychologist consultations (compensation package may be extended)
  • Online development: regular webinars, workshops, and trainings on both professional and general topics

Why us? If you’re looking for a friendly and ambitious product company that:

  • Uses modern technologies
  • Values initiative and independence
  • Is committed to continuous growth of both the team and the product

Then we’re waiting for you 🤝
