Key Responsibilities

Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role. Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within our multinational environment. Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing consultative role. A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service as a Solutions Consultant.
