Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking clientele.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex user inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our CRM systems.

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior Customer Support Services.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly advantageous but not strictly required.

Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
