We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the German Speaking Client Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support services to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Analyze client needs to provide effective, professional solutions that enhance overall satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical or account-related inquiries efficiently.

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Proven experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to pursue German-speaking jobs abroad.
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in navigating digital customer service tools.
