Sales Representative - Industrial Products & Lubrication Solutions

About the role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with customers across a range of industrial sectors. Full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in sales.

You'll work directly with businesses to help improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs through premium lubrication products, maintenance solutions, and reliability programs.

Whether you're currently working in recruitment, real estate, trades, or media/advertising, we'd love to hear from you. Sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners, maintenance managers, workshop managers, operations managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs for customers.
• Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
