Profee coder

We are hiring now and have an immediate need for a full-time Profee Coder.

This position will be responsible for medical coding in a Profee coding setting. Responsible for coding multispecialty encounters. Coder will be responsible for reviewing encounter documentation, coding appropriate diagnosis, CPT charges, and applicable modifiers and ensuring high quality standards are achieved.

Requirements

• CPC or other coding credential specific to profee coding
• Minimum of 3 years profee coding experience.
• Proficiency in E/M
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Maintain standard industry productivity rates for Profee coding
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards of 95% or greater
• Proficient in utilizing technology (computer, VPN, MS Office, coding software) to perform responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have ICD-10-CM and CPT coding experience and have completed ICD-10 training course
