Appear's LATAM commerical team works with customers across 23+ countries, from Mexico down to Argentina. The team sells, supports, and trains some of the world's leading broadcast and media service providers in the region end to end - this is a high-visibility, high-trust part of the business, and it's growing.

As part of our sales operations across Latin America, we're looking for a talented Sales Coordinator to support our commercial team. You will help improve productivity across the sales process, freeing up our salespeople to focus on customers rather than administration.

You will manage sales operations, coordinate marketing and event activities, and maintain smooth processes across functions like logistics, finance, customer success, and technical support. This is an opportunity to work in a highly technical, relationship-based global industry, collaborating with a diverse, fully remote team spanning multiple countries and time zones.

What you will do

• Own LATAM sales operations processes: keep Salesforce data accurate and complete, and report weekly on sales funnel progression and support ticket metrics.
• Manage order administration end to end: releasing orders in Salesforce, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and tracking delivery, payment, and documentation with customers.
• Act as the regional Salesforce point of contact: receive training on new fields and procedures from Appear's Oslo systems team, then roll out and support adoption across the local sales team.
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities and regional events across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and other LATAM markets, including venue sourcing, invitations, and attendance confirmation.
• Handle day-to-day operational support: demo equipment inventory, shipping and receiving, travel arrangements, and administrative assistance for finance and customer success.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes: such as tracking customer purchase history for SLA renewals and build more efficient, ideally automated, alternatives.

What you will bring

• 2-5 years of experience supporting sales operations, sales administration, or a comparable sales-facing coordination role.
• Hands on Salesforce experience; Salesforce Administrator certification is a nice-to-have, as is familiarity with HubSpot or NetSuite.
• A track record of owning a process end to end, with solid programme and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones.
