Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Bilingual Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to execute high-impact social media strategies, digital campaigns, and administrative marketing tasks for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Design, curate, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva and CapCut.
• Content Calendar Planning: Maintain and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent publishing schedules.
• Email Marketing & Campaigns: Assist in drafting, building, and tracking performance metrics for client email marketing campaigns.
• Paid Ads & Analytics Support: Support paid advertising strategies, track KPI performance, and create data-driven marketing reports.
• Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client brand goals.
• Marketing Administration: Handle operational tasks, digital asset organization, and general marketing support.

Languages

Advanced / Native Bilingual proficiency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish (written and verbal).

Experience

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing administrative support.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, social media scheduling platforms, and social media analytics tools.

Software

High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office 365.

Remote Setup

Dedicated quiet home office, high-speed stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload), and a reliable backup connection.

Education

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Base Salary: USD $696 – $1,044 / month (commensurate with experience).
