About the Company:

Our client is a leading healthcare advisory and professional services firm dedicated to driving financial and operational excellence across the healthcare industry. Driven by a high-performing, collaborative remote culture, the firm empowers healthcare organizations through expert financial management and strategic guidance. Joining this team offers high operational autonomy, exposure to complex corporate finance workflows, and the stability of working directly alongside experienced U.S. business leaders.

About the Role:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will serve as a key pillar within the Corporate Finance team, owning recurring financial and operational reporting that directly drives executive decision-making. You will maintain and refine data models tracking headcount, revenue forecasts, AR/AP aging, resource utilization, and vendor spend. This role empowers a detail-oriented analyst to ensure high data integrity across enterprise systems, solve complex data discrepancies, and optimize financial reporting frameworks for a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate monthly headcount, AR/AP aging, and employee/consultant utilization reports, highlighting key trends, capacity, and past-due balances for executive review.
  • Track and manage weekly revenue forecasts, freelancer utilization, and client project spend to ensure alignment with operational budgets.
  • Reconcile financial report data across core enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Deltek Workbook, accounting software) to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Excel-based financial models, templates, and reporting processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to ad hoc financial data requests from business leaders, extracting and synthesizing complex datasets across multiple platforms.
  • Document all reporting procedures and workflows to ensure operational continuity and maintain clear communication with the U.S.-based Finance team regarding reporting status and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Required).
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate financial analysis roles (Required).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and manipulation of large datasets (Required).
  • Native-level or fluent written and spoken English with full alignment to U.S. Eastern Time business hours (Required).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage recurring reporting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy (Required).
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise ERP, PSA, or accounting platforms such as Workday or Deltek Workbook (Preferred).
