Radformation specializes in Radiation Oncology workflow automation. Our solutions save clinics time, eliminate planning errors, and enable the design of optimal treatments for patients. Our software focuses on three key areas:
We are a fully remote, mission-driven team united by a shared goal: to reduce cancer’s global impact and help save more of the 10 million lives it claims each year. Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for treatment planning and enjoys an engaging work day. The Clinical Success Manager will bring their upbeat personality to this role to give presentations to clinics, solve problems on the fly with customers, and proactively reach out to clinics to check in and hear feedback. The Clinical Success Manager will help mentor clinics as they join the Radformation community to assist them in establishing the most efficient workflow and an increase in clinical safety.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take their treatment planning skills to the next level and expand their clinical skill set. As the Clinical Success Manager, you will develop relationships with clinics and incorporate feedback into creating clinics’ dream products. With your clinical background, you will have the ability to teach and improve efficiency in Radiation Oncology clinics throughout the EMEA region.
€60,000 - €120,000 a year. Compensation for this role is localized. The figures above are good-faith base salary reference ranges for Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, and Belgium shown in Euros and are not a single global range converted across locations. We care about our people as much as we care about our mission. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to make an impact in the fight against cancer.
Cancer affects people from every walk of life, and we believe our team should reflect that diversity. Radformation is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
