- Eagerness, a competitive attitude and the ambition to achieve
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Africa (20%+)
Preferred
- An existing network across international or private schools in Africa
- Additional language skills (e.g. Swahili or French)
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace and Zoom
- Familiarity with K-12 curricula (IB, Cambridge, British, American) common across Africa
Key responsibilities

- Carry and exceed the new logo acquisition target for your African territories
- Build and execute a territory plan across your African territories, prioritising markets and segments with the highest concentration of international and private schools
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to close, in line with our high-growth strategy
- Pipeline & sales execution
- Complete engagement outreach and pipeline follow-up with thoughtful strategy, purposeful segmentation and appropriate urgency
- Conduct online and in-person demonstrations for schools, articulating value propositions persuasively and showing empathy for customers' jobs to be done
