Require an operations officer in bulawayo , zimbabwe

Coordinate the daily deployment of skip trucks and drivers.

Schedule skip deliveries, collections, exchanges, and waste disposal operations.

Allocate jobs to drivers and monitor progress to ensure timely service delivery.

Liaise with clients regarding bookings, service updates, and job completion.

Manage the movement and tracking of skips at customer sites.

Supervise fleet utilization and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

Maintain transport records, fuel usage records, driver logs, and operational reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and road transport regulations.

Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.

Ensure that Skip Inventory is up-to-date; there is a system in place to monitor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in transport coordination, fleet management, logistics, or operations.
• Sound knowledge of route planning and fleet scheduling.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A valid Zimbabwean driver’s licence is an added advantage.
