Senior business analyst

Drives business process and system improvements, delivering technology and data-driven solutions that align with business goals. Coordinates projects, analyses requirements, and ensures effective implementation while bringing structure, clarity, and value to business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan and document solutions aligned to business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project delivery, coordinate testing, and support solution adoption through change management and user training
• Analyse existing systems and processes, recommend enhancements, and oversee implementation with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyse data structures and business data to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Experience and skill required

• Relevant degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, BSc (Non-negotiable)
• 5 - 10 years experience in technical delivery and business analysis.
• Proven track record of introducing and delivering effective solutions and managing multiple complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to and working experience in guiding and leading project teams and / or functional teams with exposure to project management methodologies and technology delivery frameworks
• Working knowledge of relational databases and the ability to create, manage or gain insights into relational datasets.
• SQL experience
• Ability to untangle and work with complex logic and calculations
