Sales manager assistant

Behind every successful sales team is someone making sure the details, documentation and moving parts are taken care of. A well-established organisation within the property sector is looking for a Sales Manager Assistant to provide hands-on support to the Regional Sales Manager and wider sales team across Johannesburg and Tshwane. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative foundation, good attention to detail and an interest in property sales.

You’ll be involved in everything from reviewing sales documentation and coordinating updates to supporting agents, maintaining sales platforms and ensuring developments and show units are ready for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Sale Agreements against SIMS and prepare documentation for signing by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Compile, check and maintain site plans, floor plans, parking layouts, specification sheets, incentive forms and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate updates to sales documentation and ensure websites, apps and SIMS contain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support agents with their day-to-day requirements, including marketing material, and provide relief when required.
• Conduct weekly site visits, assist with reporting requirements and ensure developments and show units are maintained to presentation standards.
• Assist with sales administration, including invoices, claims, credit card slips, building documentation and ordering of promotional material.

Minimum Requirements

• Sales or Marketing degree/diploma.
• 2–3 years’ working experience, ideally within property sales.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales agents and management.
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Own reliable vehicle and willingness to conduct regular site visits.
