Regional financial controller

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business growth, and leading a high-performing finance team.

Duties:

• Lead all regional financial reporting and month-end processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements
• Drive financial controls and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Partner with operational management to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse and interpret financial performance across the region
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies

Education and experience:

• BCom Accounting Degree
• Minimum 5 years' relevant financial management/accounting experience
• People management experience is essential
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector is essential
