Are you a technically strong Project Sales Engineer with proven pump-sales experience in the mining industry? This opportunity is suited to a commercially driven professional who can identify projects, develop technical solutions and manage the complete project-sales cycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

A recognised engineering organisation is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to develop and secure pump-related project opportunities within the mining sector. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with mining clients, EPCs and consulting engineers while preparing technical proposals, quotations and tender submissions.

Education: Mechanical Engineering qualification NDip, BTech or Degree in Mechanical Engineering advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven project-sales experience
Technical sales experience involving pumps
Established exposure to the mining industry
Understanding of pump selection, applications and project requirements
Strong technical proposal and quotation experience
Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
