Job Description

Drive digital transformation and shape the future of business technology. A leading organisation is looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology, drive strategic initiatives, and lead the delivery of innovative solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys business process optimisation, project leadership, AI-driven innovation, and working closely with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications:

Relevant Degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, BSc, or related field
Advanced qualification advantageous
Project Management certifications advantageous

Requirements:

12 to 15 years’ experience in Business Analysis and Systems Development
Experience leading complex projects and business transformation initiatives
Strong business process analysis and solution design experience
Experience with digital transformation and AI-driven solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
SQL and relational database knowledge advantageous
FMCG, Distribution, or related industry experience advantageous

Lead business analysis and solution design initiatives
Drive digital transformation and process improvement projects
Identify opportunities for AI integration and automation
Manage project delivery and stakeholder engagement
Analyse business processes and recommend innovative solutions
