Duties & Responsibilities

I specialise in recruiting technical sales professionals for opportunities within instrumentation, automation and industrial engineering. Suitable candidates will have experience supporting customers with product selection, technical enquiries, quotations, order processing and sales follow-ups. Exposure to pressure, temperature, flow, level or analytical instrumentation would be advantageous. These opportunities are suited to confident and engaging professionals who combine technical understanding with excellent communication, customer service and administrative ability.

Education:

A qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Internal sales or technical sales experience within an industrial environment
• Instrumentation product or application knowledge
• Experience preparing and following up on quotations
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Customer-service and relationship-development experience
• A warm, energetic and professional personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administration, planning and attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with external sales, technical and logistics teams
• Customer relationship management or enterprise resource planning system experience would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively
