Join a well-established South African supplier within the fasteners, bolts and nuts industry, servicing customers across industrial and engineering markets. The business prides itself on quality products, dependable customer service and strong industry relationships, offering an excellent environment for an experienced Internal Sales professional who understands the demands of a technical product environment.

Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding opportunities while processing sales orders and coordinating stock availability and deliveries. Build strong customer relationships, support external sales, identify new business opportunities and resolve customer queries. Liaise with procurement, warehouse, logistics and other internal departments to ensure orders are executed accurately and customers receive excellent service.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Matric required; a Sales or Marketing qualification would be advantageous.
• Proven Internal Sales experience within the fasteners, bolts and nuts, or closely related industrial industry.
• Strong experience with quotations, pricing, sales orders, stock availability and customer follow-ups.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office with ERP system experience; Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organisational and relationship-building skills, with a proactive sales approach.
