The HVAC Engineer will coordinate HVAC engineering activities from design through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, managing technical submittals, supporting procurement, liaising with clients and contractors, conducting quality inspections, resolving technical queries, overseeing subcontractors, preparing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and project standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering HVAC/mechanical projects within the construction, engineering, building services or MEP industry.
• Proven experience on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, commissioning processes, technical submittals, quality control and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and project planning skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
