We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hospital Risk & Quality Manager to join a leading healthcare facility in Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional with experience in risk management and quality assurance who is passionate about maintaining high standards of patient care and healthcare excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and support risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Identify, assess and manage clinical and operational risks.
• Support audits, incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
• Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and clinical governance standards.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Degree or Diploma in General Nursing.
• Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Management.
• Must be registered with SANC.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Risk & Quality Management.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and related training.
• A qualification or short course in Risk Management.
