Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Management Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual group management accounts. Prepare and reconcile financial data for internal reporting purposes.
• Client Reporting & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze financial data for client-specific reports. Ensure accurate allocation of costs and revenues per client contracts. Assist the Financial Managers and Group Reporting Manager in the preparation of customized reports and financial summaries for client presentations.
• BBBEE Reporting: Update data on BEE123 tool. Gather supporting documents for BBBEE verification. Assist in compiling quarterly reporting.
• Data Management & Compliance: Assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation and financial schedules. Maintain database of client contracts with terms and renewal dates.
• Process Improvement & Support: Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Skills & Experience:

Newly qualified SAIPA PA(SA) Qualification: PA(SA) SAIPA articles.
