Company and Job Description: My client, a prominent player within the mining industry, is seeking a dynamic Group Financial Controller to join their head office team based on the East Rand. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically astute finance professional who enjoys operating at group level and partnering with executive leadership to drive financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group consolidation and monthly financial reporting process
• Prepare and review annual financial statements in line with IFRS requirements
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting obligations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting efficiencies

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• CIMA
• 3-6 years experience
