Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers by identifying their product requirements and providing accurate technical advice and product recommendations.
• Promote the full product range and confidently convert customer enquiries into sales.
• Educate customers on the product features, services, warranties and relevant technical information.
• Keep up to date with market trends, products and developments within the refrigeration industry.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Matric (essential).
• Technical Refrigeration qualification (advantageous).

Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the technical refrigeration industry. Sound refrigeration product knowledge is essential. Strong technical refrigeration industry knowledge with practical experience, and a sound understanding of refrigeration products and applications.

Package & Remuneration

Salary/Package R18,000 – R20,000 CTC PM
